I'm convinced that Matt Perman's book, What's Best Next, is one of the finest books that will be published this year and one that we'll be referencing for decades to come. It's exceptional because of the theology of productivity that Perman lays out and the way that he connects it to daily life and decisions. Among others, this simple line from page 87 has been knocking me over for days:

"The good of others is what's best to next."
